Educational and scientific activities of the department

The educational process is carried out according to the schedule of classes, corresponding to the curriculum and the schedule.

To control the quality of conducting classes at the department, there are regularly held mutual visits of classes, open classes with subsequent discussion at a meeting of the department and methodical section. The results of the lessons are recorded in the relevant journals (mutual attendance of classes, replacement of teachers, additional classes, consultations, open classes). The active work in the department is carried out to provide the educational process with educational and methodical literature. The teachers of the department develop educational and methodological manuals, methodological instructions for disciplines to improve the quality of teaching of the specialty.

The teaching staff of the faculty organize educational-methodical conferences, seminars, regional conferences on innovative methods of teaching; general university methodical seminars and methodological seminars on the specialty “Jurisprudence”. The training and production practice are one of the important components in the educational process. In accordance with the curricula and schedules of the educational process, the department “Jurisprudence” takes an active part in the organization of professional practice.

• Department for the Execution of Judicial Acts in Aktyubinsk region;
• Notary Chamber of Aktyubinsk region;
• Department of Internal Policy of Aktobe city.

The research work is one of the most important activities of the department. The teaching staff of the department organize scientific and practical conferences of various levels, such as international scientific conferences “Strategic Aspects of Innovative Development of National Economies of the CIS Countries in the Conditions of the Global Financial Crisis”. ARGU named after K.Zhubanov; in the International scientific conferences “Fight against corruption: legal aspect, experience, public participation” and “School of Public Service of the Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan”.

Considerable attention in the department is paid to the scientific work of students. They actively participate in the activities of the scientific student circle, and make presentations at student scientific conferences.

The results of the research work are approved in the form of publication of articles in the journals KKSON, MON RK, periodicals, including the countries of the far and near abroad, in collections on the results of participation in international and republic conferences of theoretical and practical directions, participation in round tables and scientific seminars.

Theoretical and practical results of scientific research are actively introduced into the educational process by using basic and elective disciplines in the course of teaching and developing educational and methodological complexes for them. Based on the training manuals and scientific monographs prepared by the teaching staff, author courses and special courses have been developed, which are proposed by the department as elective disciplines and supplemented to the basic disciplines in the relevant specialties and included in the curricula.
