Educational and scientific activities of the department
The teaching staff of the department participates in training seminars, refresher courses and internships to increase the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff and the quality of the educational process.
Kunurkulzhaeva G.T. Ph.D., Senior Lecturer in 2018 passed an international internship “Strategies and Practices of Modern Education: European Experience” University of Euroregional Economics. Alcide de Gasperi (Poland, Warsaw)
From 10 to 20 November 2018 in Karakalpak State University. Berdakha Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Economics and Management Department Ataniyazov Zh, within the framework of the academic mobility program, lectured on the subject “Analysis of Economic Activity” for 3-year students of the specialty “Economics” in Nukus
In order to exchange experience, teaching staff of the department conduct open classes using interactive methods and technology of training.
In 2018, N.Sultamuratova, Ph.D., Senior Lecturer together with students G. Eserkenova, A. Ubaidrolla, M. Orazai participated in the 3rd International correspondence Olympiad in Management at the Higher School of Economics and Business
The teaching staff of the department organizes the Forum of young entrepreneurs of the city of Aktobe every year, held in the framework of V Global Entrepreneur Week in Kazakhstan on the instructions of the State Enterprise “Entrepreneurship Department of the city of Aktobe” on the basis of the contract on state purchases.
Within the framework of the program of international academic mobility, Professor Tolymbek A. – from the University of Canada – for students of 5B050600 / 6M050600-Economics gave lectures in English on the following disciplines: “Financial Markets”, “Strategic Management and leadership”, for the faculty of the university held an international seminar on the topic “Financial Literacy”.
Within the framework of the program of international academic mobility, the head of the department of Samara University (RF), doctor of economics, professor Tyapukhin Alexey Petrovich was invited to the department of Economics and Management of the Faculty of Economics and Law.
Within 2 weeks from April 16 to April 28, 201, Professor Tyapukhin A.P. led classes in the disciplines of “Investment Management”, “Innovation Management” for students of the specialty 5B050600 “Economics” and 5B050700 “Management”. He also advised undergraduates on research topics.
An unscheduled meeting of the department was held with the invitation of Professor Tyapukhin A.P., as well as student activist groups, at which they exchanged views on the results of the training sessions, discussed future plans for the organization of double-diploma education, further development of academic mobility programs, cooperation in joint scientific
A.P. Tyapukhin took part in the regional scientific seminar organized by the department “The main directions of regional industry development and crisis management in the fourth industrial revolution.”
In order to increase the level of professional training of students, taking into account the needs of the labor market, a branch of the department has been opened on the basis of AF JSC DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund.
Each year, the faculty of the department organizes and conducts the Forum of young entrepreneurs of the city of Aktobe in the framework of the V Global Entrepreneur Week in Kazakhstan on the instructions of the state institution “Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Aktobe” on the basis of an agreement on public procurement
The Faculty of Economics and Law of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov opened a branch of the Department of Economics and Management at the “Kobdа Gymnasium” building.
This branch is planning a collaboration between the university teachers and school teachers. On this branch of the Department of Economics and Management will organize and conduct the courses of basics of entrepreneurship, master classes, workshops, open workshops with business trainers and teachers of the University.
In the framework of cooperation with the branch of the Department at SА “Kobdа gymnasium”, the teacher Abisheva Zhansaya pupils of the gymnasium visited the «Open day» at Zhubanov University on 11.02.2020.
During the event, students were shown classrooms, conference rooms, a library, a student service Center, the Confucius Institute, and more. The students also visited the faculty of Economics and law, where they talked with teachers, employees and students and shared their plans for admission to the Department’s educational programs.
